Update: Dec/07/2017 Currently sitting at this McDonald's wanting to leave. I cannot because there is someone in the store that I recognize from over the summer. As soon as I look like I am going to leave he will follow me out of the store and ask me for change or a cigarette. He has done this every other time I have seen him. He comes into the store and does not purchase anything and no one kicks him out. So much for a no loitering policy. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. Drive or walk the extra 700 feet to King Gyros, the food is better and you will get it faster plus fresher. I go here regularly. Only because it's within walking distance and cheap. Most of the people who work here don't care about working there at all. They come in and collect a check, all while doing as little as possible. Couple of the managers who work here don't really want to be there and you can tell by their attitude. They are usually understaffed which makes everything slow. Most of the time the food is just over room temperature when you get it. The fries are usually room temp and plan, they don't salt them most of the time. The shake/ ice cream machines are usually broken. When you order something they don't give you the receipt most of the time so you don't know if they weren't listening when you actually said what you wanted, so a lot of the time they get it wrong and you won't know that they rung it up wrong until you get it. The biggest reason why I know these guys don't care about the customers is that they RARELY ask "For here or to go?." They just automatically bag up your food and expect you to leave.

Went through the drive through at this location. They shorted us a hash brown. Upon reviewing the receipt, we weren't charged for it, but it was still irritating because I had told the woman taking the order twice that I wanted a second hashbrown with my meal. We also had to wait in the parking lot for about five minutes for our food. I'm not terribly apposed to waiting, but by bad luck, we had somewhere we needed to be that morning by a certain time. The delay caused us to cut it closer than I would have liked. Not what you would expect from a place that prides themselves on being fast. At least the food tasted good.

Great Family service. Store is clean . Manager's and Employees maintain positive attitudes . Fast efficient accurate customer friendly environment. Employees working hard to assist my family while maintaining two or more positions at once . Everything seemed to be done manually, given there was no drink machine . Very nice service .

This is the worst mcdonald's I have ever been to... Completely messed up out order....Also the rudest staff ever!! It's sad when u have to drive 10 mins to go to McDonald's...

Went here to grab a bite after a show at Morris, when we got to window we were informed they were out of fries and had been for over an hour. Why would you not tell someone when they ordered fries that you were out not wait until its time to pay. Also I have never heard of a McDonald's running out of french fries.
