McDonald's

This is one of the nicest looking McDonald's I have been to. Besides the ones with the cars and the one way south in Indiana. The location makes it hit or miss on service, but you really should be using the app for discounts. Then you just check in and say your name. Everything was clean besides some tables in the lobby hadn't been wiped down. No problem. My complaint is that I was the only one in the dining room, ordered for here, they didn't say my name and I had to wait an extra 5 minutes. They could have come out because they have table topper numbers. But the food was good and the Coke was good. Pop and oil are my main deciders. I would still go back without hesitation but using the app for discounts.

Hands down the WORST McDonald's ever!! I went there 3 separate times and each time was a horrible experience. Each time the staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to do their job. Zero sense of urgency, I had to wait 15mins for one meal, and then when they finally brought it out, the fries were missing. If you don't mind horrible customer service, then sure. Otherwise, you should probably go literally anywhere else and you'll be much happier, I promise.

It's the best McDonald's in a two mile radius but that doesn't always mean a lot. A lot of kids working their first job treating the whole place like it's their kitchen at home, coming behind the counter off the clock, eating while working, putting themselves first. The managers don't seem to be able to stop them. Shrug.

Lobby dirty, parking lot dirty. Got charged for pumpkin latte, pumpkin pie and Sprite. They didn't have any of it. Gave me a Sunday to compensate. Had to go inside for a 20 minute refund. Was treated like I was a problem for wanting my money back. Manager said well if you go get that Sunday I'll give you your fries back hot. Cuz food was cold. 0/10 do not recommend. Manager needs a class.

Great people working in the kitchen. And Super cool people hanging out and eating together. My first job as a sophomore in High School was 1982. Fast food in the kitchen..That was not, nor is it. Easy work. And if your working there now. Be patient. One day it will prove to be worth it. CannabistheCat
