Bringing my physically challenged parents to this location was easily done. Handicap parking nearby and a ramp made access successful. It's Christmas season and our evening table sparkled with the marina lights below. How charming the whole evening was. Thank you to the attentive staff for their care and attention. We are looking forward to seeing you all again soon!
What a GREAT spot! The chef has paired flavors that blow your mind and entice your taste buds. The staff are helpful and friendly. Don't even get me started on the scenery and atmosphere. I can't wait for my next visit.
Special spot with amazing views! We’ve enjoyed Lunch and several dinners there and it always creates a great impression. Food is very good and prices are fair; especially considering location. A short walk from the Oak-bay Waterfront hotel! A winner!Recommended dishesCatch of the Day
Fantastic food; I got the “catch of the day” special, which was tuna. Super fresh tasting and presentation was great. Would go again! The Big Ben cocktail was also delicious. There is also a really nice view of the marina. Reservations would be wise for a larger group or during the dinner rush, as it was quite busy when we went.
Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about menu items and our order came within a very short time. The seafood was fresh and deliciously prepared, and the portions ample. We always love the Marina restaurant's ambiance, and gazing over the ocean and boats outside in this unique location: Parking: Plentiful, free of charge and easy at all times.
Wish I could add a half star as we had an excellent experience. Service was top notch, food was delicious. Seafood chowder was among the best I've had. Is pricey, but you certainly get what you pay for.
Went for my anniversary last night. When we walked in, the host said she sat us in the nicest area of the restaurant, and she definitely did! Beautiful atmosphere, and ambiance. We had such a wonderful waitress who checked up on us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great place!
The best sushi in Victoria . A great marina view. Incredibly friendly stuff
How many ribs are there in a rack of lamb? Google it. Most chef sites indicate 7-8 ribs. We ordered the Rack of Lamb at Marina Restaurant. Their menu indicates you will receive a “1/2 rack”. How many ribs did we get? Two. That’s right. Two small ribs for $42. Shocking. Talk about feeling ripped off. After literal decades of patronizing this restaurant with family and friends, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. There are other places in Victoria with high quality food that offer better value and where we might not leave still feeling hungry. A bad, bad experience. One that won’t be repeated.
Excellent views, unique menu with perfectionism apparent in every offering. Watch the gulls, sailboats and bustle of ocean breezes while dining and drinking in the comfort of this beautiful restaurant. Gorgeous bar overlooks a jazz club style seating arrangement. Booths and a sushi bar with open kitchen offers a pleasant and tasteful distraction. Nothing predictable here. Also features a few vegan options that are creative and convincingly vegan-designed and prepared. Go here!
