Went to mappins with my fiancé to choose our engagement bands (we aren't overly traditional I know) had a wonderful experience beautiful jewellery and the customer service was fantastic. We went during the 15% off deal that was going on and we even received an extra $30 off our chosen ring for life time protection, some mishap happened and we had to return the ring, the transaction went over smoothly and when we returned for the ring again (ironic I know) they were more than pleased to see us asked how everything went and did the buying transaction all over again. All in all wonderful experience now we are just waiting for the sizing to be finished!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Mappins literally stole over $250 from me! 3 months ago I bought a braclet for my mother after 2 weeks she returned it. The Manger said we should expect a check in the mail within a week. It's been over 2 months and I've been to the store 3 times. These people are incapable of doing a simple refund. I honestly don't know if I'll ever get my money back.
