We entered the white carat in Erin mills town center, the 2 men That were behind the counter were amazing, we bought our engagement, and both wedding bands that day. All paid in FULL!!! My bridal set went off only to be sized and my fiancés band went to be engraved, we waited over 2 weeks for the return of the rings, when the were returned there was a mistake made and my bridal set had been "dipped" in white gold instead of the yellow gold. Once again the bridal set went back and was re"dipped" into yellow gold. This whole process took approx 4 weeks. When we went to pick the bridal set up it hadn't been sized correctly. At that time we asked that all rings be officially appraised, and the correct sizing done. Finally after a month after our engagement and 3 engagement parties cancelled we got our rings back. A few months later a friend had ask to see my bridal set as a whole, so I decided to take a jewelry cleaning brush and clean it before I showed it of and to my disappointment a diamond had fallen out of the wedding band. Again we returned back to the store so they could fix the wedding band. We brought all the rings back for further engraving of our official wedding date, they took the ring and promised 1 week they would have them back to us. 2 week later I started to bug where the rings were, we finally called 2 1/2 weeks later and were told " oh ya there here, you can come and get them." I did go pick them up and again to our final disappointment the engraving is overlapped the first in engraving. If you had of asked us right after we paid for the rings in full if you should buy your jewelry here? We would have said yes! After this horrific experience we would never recommend this place. Save yourself the heartache!! And on top of it all the owners were well aware of all the issues and not even an apology was offered. Disgusting!!!!

worst experience do not go here. I've bought 2 chains from this store they both have broke within the first week or purchase. The recent chain I bought cost approximately $600.00 and broke within 2 days when I brought it back with the original receipt the manager told me he could give me only $150.00 to put towards another chain STAY AWAY

I picked up earrings for my wife at the Erin Mills location and was impressed by their service and attention to what we were looking for. Good selection with great service!
