WARNING! Do not purchase from Swarovski! They have the absolute worst policy and worst customer service! Not to mention the quality of their products is cheap and breaks constantly. I purchased a ring from them May 2017. I went back 3 times for repairs!

Went into this store yesterday on Boxing Day, I can understand if the day had been stressful but the lady that was “assisting” me was so rude. First off I was looking for silver studs and she insisted on showing me the gold- obviously eager to make a larger sale. I agreed to look at them seeing as I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. I asked if there was any way for me to try them on and I knew it was a long shot considering hygienic reasons. She continued to give me a lecture about it and then ended up finding a solution by using this piece of plastic that I could hold up to my ear to see how it would look. So it was completely unnecessary to give me this huge explanation when there was a simple solution. As I looked I decided that I would much rather have someone with me to help me decide on what to get, I suggested taking a picture and she said “why do you need to take picture? It’s such a waste of time, get what you want.” Her tone throughout the whole experience was rude and overwhelming and seeing other reviews goes to show this is how they run this store. So glad I walked out of there empty handed. I will not be returning.

Went into the Swarovski store, the sales person (elegant goldsmith) didn't even bother to get up or acknowledge my presence even after I said "excuse me, i would like to look at this item". Why would #Swarovski want to associate their brand with these people? @swarovski #swarovski

I bought a very nice silver set from there. They were really helpfull. and the.price was really GOOD!!! Thank you guys :)))

the worst customer service ever.She didn't even give me a receipt and was extremely rude . I waited 40 mins as she didn't even greet me and when i said is there any one else to help here she said come back later no need to wait. Very bad customer service for a big brand. I will never buy from them again. go to peoples they are so much nicer.
