I didn't have an issue with this store whatsoever until I met the manager today. Rude, inconsiderate, horrible customer service skills. I've never had such a bad retail experience - will not be stepping foot into this store again.

Buyer Beware! The sales representatives at this location are deceptive and not forth coming with important information. I do not know if they receive commission for up selling but if that is the case they need to be transparent with pertinent information to the customer. Their sales tactics are very questionable which is quite unfortunate as Pandora is a well known and for the most part prestigious brand. I have been buying their products for many years, however will no longer purchase from this location.

The manager there and the staff are very rude and do not care about their customers. They have no customer service what so ever. I do not believe I have ever been given so much attitude in a store ever. Do not go to this location if you want good customer service, or a dependable location should you need to return. Would not even rate it 1 star.

Nice jewelry store kind of pricey for what you are getting. Overrated
