I got best design of earrings from Michael Hills, the design i was looking since ever. I am very happy with my purchase. Got best customer service from the ladies and gentleman.I would give 10/10.

I walked in the store and the 2 ladies working there were chatting with a customer. I waited for them to end their conversation. Btw- They saw me but not one of them didnt bother to assist me.. as soon as someone else comes in the store one of the lady goes to assist them right away instead... im not sure if they were judging me by the way i was dressed or they just have not common curiosity. If i had the chance I'd give this store a 0/5 for customer service.

My wife purchased a Michael Hill watch for me this past Christmas (2013). The design was fashion forward & I thought it looked expensive & terrific. After a month, I returned to the store & explained that the watch had recently lost 20-30 minutes on 3 separate occasions. Of course I couldn't duplicate the problem in the store, and there was no way to tell if it was something I had done.... but the Owner/Manager looked the watch over, shrugged and smiled & exchanged the watch for an identical unit. I agree with him when he said he didn't know another store that would exchange a working watch on the word of the client. I plan to return regularly to this store, which treated me with such respect.

Went to purchase a silver ring from this store in the bramblea city center and the sales rep said that the one i picked was silver. Today I was looking at it and on the inside band it says steel.. .. very disappointed to say the least just bought a steel washer for 70 bucks. Won't be back.
