Went here to have my engagement ring fixed. The salesman stated that my diamonds were very small and not a very good quality. I just wanted to get a loose diamond tightened . I did not think it was necessary to mock something that is sentimental. Will never recommend or go back to this store. I left in tears.

I will never ever shop and or get my friends or family to shop at this store again. Chris is the most horrible and iggnorant sales associate ive ever come in contact with. The service i received today was absoutely iggnorant & beyond hurtful !!! Ill be sure to let everyone i know not to shop at this store !!!!!!!
