Bell

I have been with bell for years . I went to this location and bought a phone screen protecter from a sales person named (Anika) for over $30.00. It cracked by itself within 10 days . Went to change it as it is under guarantee for 14 days . They didn't change it and asked me to pay again . They have no regard to loyal customers .as we are only numbers to them. It is sad to see it coming to this . Years ago I was very happy with there customer service now they have underqulify and under trained sales person . All what they care about is the same number they made that day .

Store manager is awesome. He tells you everything you need to know about their plans, services and devices and figures out the best solution for your needs.

Garbage customer service plus unethical representatives. Have no sense how to talk. Especially Danish Tahir, I will never go to this place. Got new phone when we went to exchange unused, brand new phone, then they started making excuses. At last when I talked to customer service bell than they had new drama that the phone has scratches. Even though 15 minutes ago one guy from their store has approved everything bell had notes in their system. My problem will be solved by tomorrow , but still want to teach lesson to these unprofessional people, that how people feel when they harass them,

Do not go there. They are rude and unhelpful to even people who wants to sign-up for the first time. A black guy said I must pay $20 activation fee in store and another $25 activation fee will appear on the first bill. Least to say I stormed out of there as I never had to pay a fee to subscribe for services.

This location is the worst. The staff have no knowledge and Give you wrong information and make you sign the contract. They are bunch of liers. Be careful when dealing with these people. They can promise lots of deals and after they just apologize. Very unprofessional service. Even the manager is one of them.
