This place is not too bad for hot pot but not my first choice. They do have a great selection of meats but I would like to see more vegetable selections. Plus the price is a little steep for something that you have to cook yourself. Just sayin!
Was worried about coming here after reading all the negative reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service! For ~$22 per person I wouldn't call this ayce hotpot place expensive they have a great variety of food, including many veggies and meat. Overall it's great!
Decent selection of breakfast food. Nice and quiet. They do have new breakfast menus.
Beef noodles portion is big. Curry portions are small. Service is quick before 12. After 12, it gets pretty busy and the wait for food could be half an hour. Women's washroom only has 1 bathroom stall. Very spacious seating. Well lit areas. Night time they do the Korean grill. Lunch menu ends at 6pm.
Amazing claypot rice. You can call in and order in advance. Dinner hour extended to 9pm.
I know it still says hot pot in the name, but they no longer serve hot pot. Now they open early for breakfast service 7:30 or 8:00 am, can't remember. They have updated the menu couple times which now mainly HK style fast food such as sandwich ,stirfries on rice and few other . Price is decent, still on the cheaper side. Service is nice and fast. It's not my first choice for restaurant, but always a convenient place to go when I'm in a rush.
Don't let the name fool you: it's a great place to go for chachaanteng HK style fare too! At least, if you're tight on time, this place won't disappoint!
Google needs to delete this title. It is now known as Made in China. This is No longer a hot pot restaurant. It is just serves HK style food... They are somehow affiliated with the Korean grill which is actually quite good that's next door. And, you can order dishes from there as well. Food is mediocre at best. There are way too many choices nearby to even consider this place. Go to the Korean Grill is way better was there 3 years ago... hopefully still pretty good..
Being a sister brand as Korean Grill House, the quality of food is very similar. In terms of taste, it nothing special IMO, typical Hong Kong style hot pot. Price is more towards the affordable side when compared to some of the newer places in Toronto. They also have lunch menus and serve other food besides hot pot.
Chill service, gave us food fast. Hotpot gives free double soup base which is cool, we tried original and satay. Great selection of appetizers including curry fish balls and tripe, also good selection of desserts including coconut tapioca and icecream
