Easily the best hot pot I've had in Toronto. The menu is on the pricier side, but the quality of the selections and the amazing taste profile more than make up for it. The place gets packed quickly, so plan accordingly!
Best hot pot I ever eat in Canada past 20 years!! like spicy town in China chengdu ! Absolutely love it will go back again!!
First time at this location for Chinese hotpot. Large seating capacity and opens quite late which is a plus. The tables are fitted with an induction stove for the hotpot and aprons for us to wear. Note that the staff only speak mandarin so make sure someone in your party can communicate or be prepared. Menu was a QR code which conveniently opened to a webpage that allowed you to browse and add items to your order to send directly to the kitchen. Food came out fast! Moderate selection of meat and seafood such as pork belly, crystal beef, regular beef, pork neck, shrimp paste, various dumplings, fish tofu, bean curds, quail eggs etc. It is more on the pricey side for hotpot. Can choose between having the pot one flavour, 2 or 3 - with 3 being the cheapest. Tread carefully with the spice level as it does get quite hot depending how tolerant you are - ordered medium and there was a lot of szechuan peppercorns and chilis. The table come with basic sauces which were only soy sauce, hoisin, and vinegar. There are additional sauces that you can go up to get buffet style but for an additional premium charge. There were also premium additional toppings that you can get yourself at the counter for an additional price. Staff were attentive and friendly, eager to help out despite the language barrier. They saw that we were struggling with figuring out how to out the shrimp paste in and offered to serve it for us which was super helpful. Overall it was a great experience would recommend for a special occasion but the price is a little steep for a regular dinner.
Came here this afternoon, the places was very clean, the hotpot was very delicious! The items here feel very very fresh. The servers were very helpful with ordering the menu. Super Covid free friendly !
Awesome experience !! The meat quality was good also soup was very tasty. The servers were very kind and I loved the decor too. This is the place if you are looking for the quality over All you can eat.
I had an amazing dinner here, the food is fresh and delicious. Their fondue is no joke, its packed with flavours! The service is great as well. And be aware if your spice tolerence isn't on par, opt for the Mild spice base soup so you don't regret it but if your spice tolerence is on par, I highly recommend their traditional spicy soup base which packs alot of punch of spicy flavours and it makes your food taste really good!
Fancy À la carte hot pot in Scarborough, not the typical all you can eat hot pot. Restaurant's decoration was nice. Soup was great, and I love the spicy one. Dishes are very expensive though. Beef was good quality, cause you paying for it. 2 men dining, was around $88 per person. If paid by cash, can enjoy 10% off, but I don't have enough cash, due to the expensive menu. Don't think I will go back again. 3 stars!
Good n fast service. Clean food. Why I mention about clean? Natural call didn’t find me at that day. But the price is.. pricey We might won’t come back the second time in the near future. Oh, by the way, 150/2 people after taxes and tips
What a nice vibe in the hotpot place. I really enjoyed how it felt very spacious and the decor was nice. I would rather have AYCE but the order options were decent size for the priceFood: 4/5
Good service and good food, satisfied my hotpot craving on a cold day. Due to indoor dining restrictions, it is hard to find a hotpot place with outdoor seating. We showed up here on first snow of the season wondering if it was a good idea to do it outside, and found the patio to be wind-proof with one heater which we had to share when another party showed up. Order was through qcode on your phone, and the food arrived promptly. It is a mild turn off to eat out in the cold with folding tables and disposable diningware, but we party of 4 still had a blast. The food wasn't cheap, it was not AYCE, about $45 a head with moderate amount of good quality meat+veg.
