DM Chicken

If you’re ever at the midland and finch plaza, trust you should try this place! We were a group of 4 and we got the 5 DM option and it was absolutely delicious and the portion was pretty good, but it might be worth getting a bigger size. Service was quick too, and it comes with candles under the board so some spots you’ll end up with really warm chicken goodness. 10/10 no hesitation

Huge difference between the picture and what you actually get for $40.. what a scam Takeout is definitely not worth it. They give you half the amount and hope you don’t say anything.. Edit: after calling they tried to justify that it is the same amount but clearly not. Been here for dine in and now takeout but definitely know it’s not worth it..

food doesn’t look like what it was in the picture. it doesn’t taste good and they’ll give you disposable spoon,fork and plates. we wasted $65 on food and the order taker asked for a $7 tip and you can’t even resist to them if you didn’t want to give them a tip. like why would you guys ask for a tip if you can’t even serve your costumers well.

first time order take out from them. i ordered spicy chicken wings & chicken wing with cheese. They are very tasty. i think i would love to try with dishes next time like the octopus sauce chicken wings

We came for the novelty of how the food was presented in those long trays; and I guess we would only be coming back if ever for that same reason. Taste of the food and value for money is nothing special. The fries served tasted cheap like something one can just get at your local supermarket. Good thing there are dipping sauces to change up the flavours. The chicken order is also not that much as we would have hoped. There is a good fraction of the serving which was composed of rice cakes, cheese, or potatoes = Food Fillers. Good points I do have to point out is how I personally loved the blend of sweet chili on the chicken as well as the playfulness of the taste of the cheese ingredient. Place would warrant full stars if they either lower the price or increase the serving portions. Maybe then would I consider coming back for reasons other than the treat of the experience.

We got the 5 DM chicken and the squid ink chicken wings. Both were super delicious! I think just the 5 DM chicken was plenty for us but their squid ink chicken wings taste so good. The place was also pretty kid friendly, my son really likes the little chicken egg light they had on the table. The place is clean and they had a changing table in the woman's bathroom which is pretty rare for a Chinese restaurant it wasn't in the men's room but already better than most places

Very delicious chicken. Presentation is top notch. Octopus is slightly chewy. We got the dm 5 and dm 10. Was way more than enough for 6 people. Prices are a little high for the food. But would definitely recommend for the great ambience and one of a kind presentation. I would desribe the chicken as very high quality teriyaki chicken.

I enjoyed the original and the medium spicy platter. Enough food for 4 women so I think our serving would needed to be increased if we had guys with us. Nice and quiet on the weekday so we got decent service

Great portions at a fair price. Their main dish is the chicken platters and comes in various sizes starting at $39. It comes with a few sides as well. You also get 10% off of you share a photo on Instagram cash only. Its tucked away in a fairly dead plaza filled with other newish restaurants.

Food was good and service was good. 5dm chicken was enough for 2 people and the cheese fried chicken wings were delicious. Price is just slightly high but it was definitely worth it for the taste. You can also replace normal fries with sweet potato fries and they definitely taste a lot better!
