Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Edit: the restaurant replied below and tried to justify the poor service of the restaurant by saying the owner offered us a refill of the cold noodles as we pointed out the cold noodles we were served were old and also called me the “rudest girl” for writing this review. Remember, the owner is not the one providing service the waitress is. I think that reply in itself sums up the service and quality of this restaurant! If you come here, be prepared to be served by the world’s rudest waitress. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or just lacks basic social skills manners. Food was also served lukewarm reheated? However, the owner here was friendly : Not sure how they hire their wait staff though. But overall, won’t be back here.

Been going here for many years, one of the few traditional Chinese restaurants left in a plaza that once had an abundant amount of them. Boss is super nice and friendly and has given us many dishes on the house before. My family’s favourite eats there are the and .

Ordered tomatoes and eggs noodles and came out with few pieces of tomatoes and just all noodles.. Ordered beef strips BBQ and came out like the food you taste from one of those dim sum places... in general everything here is horribly bad. Service was lower than just poor, there was none. A customer was complaining about how can the dishes came out so plain and the waitress replied, that's not my business or my problem.

Unfortunately the service here is horrendous. All their plates and silverware was super oily make sure to clean. They did not have tea so hot water it was. We ordered pork that seemed to be off. They served us cold rice and they just microwaved it and returned it to our table. Lobster meat stuck to it's shell. So we assume that it has been cooked from frozen.

Food was mediocre, but that's not why I'm giving this place a one star. I came here with my family today and we ordered some noodles. The meat in the soup had gone bad it tasted kind of off... a bit sour and both my parents ended up with really bad food poisoning. My dad is from Shaanxi so he was really hoping for something authentic. Not really the case here. Not coming back again.

Amazing place for authentic xi’an flavors. The service is great and the boss is so generous. I go to there regularly for years, the stewed noodles I like the most. Highly recommended.

This place doesn't even deserve one star, honestly. I just want to warn ppl that save ur money for something else in the plaza. Food is just over priced for the bad quality. For a short lunch time, there were 3 tables complaining about how bad the food was. They are ruining the name of good Xi an food. STAY AWAY!

Best Service, Great Taste

Worst restaurant. The customer service is bad, too expensive for just small portions. The waiter didn't even know the menu. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE.
