Ye Skewers Hot Pot

Interesting AYCE experience. First time trying hot pot and can't say it'll be my last. I got spicy beef oil soup base and it was definitely very spicy but flavourful. Loved the presentation and cleanliness of the place. But most importantly the staff were very patient and attentive with my group of friends as it was our first time. Our waitress even came out to take pictures for us at the end of a busy evening for her. Would definitely recommend this place for tasty food and excellent customer service.

Great service, decent food. Options for soup bases on par with similar places, really liked their standard spicy soup base. Same with pricing. Sliced beef and lamb okay quality, not too bad. Self serve fridges and fruit sections were not covered. For dessert, ask and you shall get soft serve ice cream

Love the place. The restaurant is very clean and cozy. Everything tastes so good, fresh. Lots of varieties for meats seafood and vegetables. All staffs are very nice. Kelly who served us tonight make the whole experience to the next level. I will definitely come back and strongly recommend to everyone I know.

A decent place for AYCE hot pot. The staff were pleasant and quick to respond. They were informative of all the things that are included with your meal such as the unlimited lamb and beef that they bring upon asking and complimentary ice cream at the end of your meal. They have a variety of soup bases to choose from but be warned that their lowest spice level builds up and is actually pretty spicy. Otherwise the rest of the food is on skewers for you to cook, large selection but similar to other hot pot places in that regard.

A good place for Chinese hot pot but a bit pricey. Their vegetables were very fresh. They have big variety of spicy beef skewers. Staff is also very good.

The atmosphere is decent. It is small for a hot pot place, tight but very high ceilings. There is a sauce bar and the skewered items are self service. After trying many hot pot places we thought to try a skewer styled hot. The food was tasty but after a while I wonder about the waste of the skewer itself and how it generates a lot of trash. Some of my friends removed the skewers completely because after a while the sticks just get in your way. The soup base I got was the mushroom one and it lacked flavor. I did like the fact that we can get the items ourselves. This way you can get exactly what you want. The sauce bar was stocked pretty well with all your typical favorites. All in all I would not come back here. I personally prefer regular hot pot. The skewers got too annoying and I was squished into a wall. It was not comfortable for me to sit. They also did not offer us a side table while everyone else got one which sucked.

First time coming here for Skewer hotpot, a lot of varieties of meat, broth and seafood, especially the seafood. Taste good, good services, and nice customer services. Have ice cream for dessert, will recommend and come again. Gets busy after 8pm on weekend

Randomly decided to try it...menu is a little confusing for pricing. But, not too hard to understand. It's an All you can eat hot pot. Most item come on skewers dipped into the hot pot. I find it cool to collect the sticks hahaha like a collection. Most of the meat is pretty spicy. Even trying to wash it away in the hotpot doesn't take it away. But overall I had a great experience. Parking: There is parking, but usually gets full. Dietary restrictions: If you like spicy, a place for you.

It was my first time trying out a skewers hotpot place. Luckily we went for lunch on a weekday so we didn’t need to wait for a table at all. I passed by before, they were very busy at night time. This restaurant was super clean, the food was fresh and the service was excellent. The ambiance was very nice. It was very spacious and relaxing. I enjoyed our 2hrs unlimited AYCE hotpot dining very much. They had a great selection & variety of skewers, meats & vegetables. I would highly recommend this place for a hotpot gathering with family and friends. We came here for skewers hot pot again after quite a while. Since they were super clean and the food quality was very good before, we have set a high expectation this time. Unfortunately, the food quality wasn’t as good as before. The vegetables were not fresh at all and the service was so so. Actually, the price for their All You Can Eat Hot Pot included all the skewers self service buffet style and unlimited premium meat of lamb and beef by order. However, when we ordered the premium meat with our server, it took so long to come. We could feel that the restaurant didn’t really want to serve us the premium meat and pretend to miss our order. Overall experience wasn’t too good. We felt kinda disappointed with the food and service for that price.

FOOD & SERVICE The most authentic skewers/hot pot I had in GTA. You can get REAL spicy here and I absolutely LOVE it. The service was also excellent, Fiona was our server and she was so nice and everyone got a free ice cream before we left. All the meat dishes are great quality ones and food selections are wonderful. You are certainly missing out if you’ve never been here.
