My partner and I had an amazing experience creating our custom engagement ring at cavalier. I visited cavalier not once but three times before my partner and I made a final decision on the perfect ring. During all three appointments we worked with Taylor. She was so genuine and kind, extremely knowledgeable and helped us a lot in making decisions about our ring. I 10/10 would recommend Cavalier and Taylor’s assistance. We are excited to visit again when we need to pick our out wedding bands.

My fiance has always wanted an emerald engagement ring, but options were few and far between locally. I reached out to Cavalier for a phone consultation and was very impressed by Dane. He answered all of my questions regarding unique features of emeralds, where they are sourced etc. He also sent me some resources to read up on various emerald mines in Columbia and Zambia. We kept in touch and fortunately I was able to make a visit in person where we narrowed down details of emerald style and ring design. Quite shortly after that Dane sourced the perfect emerald for a custom ring. The ring design process was straightforward, and every request was attuned to. I couldn't be happier with the final product, and my fiance was thrilled to receive the ring. We are looking forward to designing out wedding bands with Cavalier in the near future!

We chose Cavalier to supply our wedding bands - our experience with them was truly 11/10. My wedding band was custom made to fit around my engagement ring picture below and I absolutely love it! Cavalier has amazing customer service that feels very personalized despite the shop being a very popular spot for special jewelry in Vancouver rightfully so. Jorin, the associate assisting us, was incredibly responsive to emails and phone calls and even followed up after our wedding day to check in and make sure everything went well. Would recommend!

We had a really excellent experience with Mitch Platt and everyone at Cavalier. I heard about them through a friend who also loved them, and we ended up getting a custom engagement ring and wedding bands designed with them. I was totally clueless about rings, but Mitch was very patient with me and even brought in additional diamonds once he had an idea of what I was looking for. My wife and I both love our rings- it was exactly what she wanted and she gets compliments on her engagement ring all the time. We would definitely return to Cavalier again!

Recently I purchased an engagement ring at cavalier in Gastown. It turned out better than expected. Mitch Platt great to work with and explained the process very clearly, as i was clueless about rings! He was also accommodating to move the scheduled date of completion one week ahead so I could plan for a surprise proposal. It turned out perfect. I needed a ring on a tight timeline and they were able to get one designed, crafted and shipped to me in Edmonton with time to spare! I still can’t stop staring ! I have been over the moon with our experience with Cavalier. I was lucky enough to be part of the design and decision making process for our engagement ring. Something that was super overwhelming with so many choices and decisions about things we did not know about. Cavalier put that all at ease. We worked with Mitch right from the get go and he definitely gets a special shout for providing us with all the help and information we needed. Mitch was always prompt in responding and went out of his way- keeping an eye out for the certain stone and cut we were after. This really made it feel personal and special.
