Great place! It’s a huge store with helpful employees. They even half self checkouts which is a big win!

I have found a few good unadvertised deals at this location you just need to keep an eye out when your in there as you never know what your going to find the customer service has never been a problem for me even being a younger guy

This store had to make up for the poor service provided by the Sherwood Park Lowes, which they did. Unlike the Sherwood Park location this one showed competent staff that had actual working knowledge of the products and services they provide. They even went as far as pulling an extension cord from stock for me to use with the insulation blower I was renting (I didn't need/use it, but the consideration was appreciated).

I have been to this particular location more than 100 times quite simply because it is the closest store. It has yet to exceed even my simplest expectations of customer service. I have been in the construction industry my entire life and with out exception the Lowe's brands are the most poorly chosen, stocked and understood by their employees. This is indicative of all big-box stores but Lowe's is by far the worst. This location only has two cash tills with humans at them and only one of them is consistently maned; if any extra humans are available they are only there to direct them to the automated checkouts. Laughably, the busiest location is at the return desk which always has at least two employees hard at work.
