The Home Depot

Just stopped in for some plywood to do a fence repair at work... Kevin the gentleman that works in hardware was amazing he immediately asked me if I needed help and made the adventure super simple and cut it and had it to me in less than 5 minutes. Coincidentally last time I was at this home depot I was in need of a shop vac I could not find also for work and Kevin went above and beyond and found it in the back for me. Customer service such as this does not happen often enough!! Thank you so much Kevin I will definitely look for you next time I need anything.

Rick the manager of the tool rental is a complete jerk. He doesn't take care of the large rental equipment (skid steers, back hoes, etc.) and looks to place blame on others. For three weeks there skid steer "hasn't been able to start" yet he does nothing to get it fixed. Every other location boosts equipment as needed and Rick can't even be bothered to do that -- they don't even have a booster at his location. Today when we asked about some additional information he literally said "he could care less" and that we "just wanted to make a problem". Interestingly, we rent about 60 times a year from Home Depot. Anytime we have had to call Compact Equipment, the supplier of large equipment, their technician, Kat, has been prompt and extremely helpful. If Rick had any care for customers, he would've called, but he didn't do that either. Worst of all, we called the location this morning to ask if the unit was running. We were told someone would go out and check and call us back. Rick went out to check, then couldn't be bothered to call us. Ended up taking a trip there only to find out it wasn't running again. Total waste of time. Atrocious customer service and not surprising this tool rental department is sub-par compared to others across the City now that we've met manager Rick.

Good location. Good prices and a helpful staff. Went for a DIY workshop was nicely organized would recommend arriving early in order to get a good spot.

Went there yesterday and had a very good experience, a lady named Catherine helped me out above and beyond, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and you can find one easily if you have any question.
