The Home Depot

Been coming here for awhile and generally its very good. Prices are typically the lowest and store is clean and well organized. Staff are very helpful. Unfortunately I cannot give this store 5 stars due to the fact the misrepresent what they actually have in stock. It has happened multiple times now. The website states the store has an item in stock but its either not in stock or the items in not accessible. Came today to get some soil for seedlings and the lady staff member that helped me was wonderful. Too bad the items I wanted were outside still wrapped up in a pallet on the top shelf behind snow and other stock... either state the items are not in stock or have them accessible. You have a bunch of space in the indoor greenhouse. Its a waste of my time coming here just to find out the item I wanted it either not in stock or I cannot purchase it....

The tool rental place was amazing.nIt was easy to book online and everything was ready when we got there.nReturning was also easy and as we were running behind the staff stayed 10 minutes after closing to let us return same day.nThey went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.nWe can now enjoy our DIY landscaped yard.nThank you Home Depot Clareview

I had a fantastic experience at Home Depot!nnThe store was well-organized and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the exceptional service I received! There was a lady who helped me with some plumbing needs, and she was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I had everything I needed.nnFrom a woman’s perspective, it was incredibly impressive to see someone so confident and skilled in what is typically a male-dominated area~ I can’t remember her name for the life of me, but she truly made my visit memorable~ It’s not every day you get such fantastic service, and I left feeling more than satisfied~ Not only that, but I felt quite confident in going home and finishing up the plumbing of my own~ Highly recommend this location!

I went in this weekend looking for some help picking the best paint and primer for a coffee table we are refinishing and Toni provided us with excellent customer service. Toni is very knowledgeable about the different products and what to use when. Overall we left feeling very happy with the great service. Great job Toni!

One female staff member was great trying to request for the correct department clerk to attend just for simple stove wire. After her several attempts and 25 minutes of waiting & standing around I was told the electric person is leaving.nnOff to another store “not Home Depot “
