I was helped by one of your staff, Chris and I'm very impressed with his customer service skills. He took the time to find a particular product named E6000, researched through your database and found it for me. at your cashier section I was helped and greeted by Sarah and Cole and they are so friendly and welcoming. I'm very impressed this visit earned a 5 star rating previous visit Friday night August 25th 2017 some good sales previous visit The best by far when it comes to customer services Staff are knowledgeable and helpful Always come here to check their fresh delivery of tropical plants and reasonably priced

Last night was one of the worst days for driving in Edmonton. Roads were very slick, it was snowing and on our way home, there were a lot of accidents along the way. As we live in the North West, my wife and I drove by to grab a quick meal at a fast food restaurant in front of our local Home Depot Store. It was -20C+. Since the snow was thick and ground look level, I missed seeing a curb and ended up high centered on it. I tried everything - the 4wd low setting etc. but was completely stuck. I called AMA but with the volume of accidents on the road, road assist would be coming in 6 hours ! Home Depot to the rescue. I headed over to Home Depot to see if I could buy something to get us unstuck, 4x4 planks or some other device they might have for such an occasion. I saw the tool rental shop and I thought, they might have something I could rent. I explained our situation to Norman who took care of the Tool Rental Department that evening, asking if there was something I could rent to do the job. He said: let me go take a look. I said : no need, not wanting him to uselessly endure the weather outside. Besides, I tried everything and we were really stuck. He insisted: let me go take a look, I've gotten a lot of vehicles unstuck before (What a rarity ! A Young Positive, Confident Guy willing to go out of his way in miserable weather ! Not the typical person avoiding you even when all you have is just question at a Store. They are doing something right at this Home Depot). We stepped outside and it was freezing. He assess the situation and we try several things, but I know, he knew it was hopeless. Luckily, a good Samaritan Couple from near Lloydminster was driving by in a big truck, and asked us if we needed a tow. Gratefully, Norman and I set up the vehicles with at tow cable I had in the back and easily got my SUV unstuck. The wife of the Gentleman says he always does these things! I thanked them profusely and gave them my business card for and asked them to call me if they were in town again. Funny part was, as we were setting up, another silly guy in a small car, despite us waving wildly to warn him, drove over the curb and got high centered too ! The Gentleman joked: I can't pull out everyone tonight. He and Norman got to work again with my rope and got them unstuck. I thanked so much Norman and he said it was just his job, and I said no it was not. What a night ! My faith and belief in humanity is strengthened and I am now totally loyal to my local Home Depot Store. Thanks so much Norman, unknown Gentleman and wife ! Norman, you are truly a positive, above and beyond person (just like myself) and any company or place you work, would be lucky to have you. Now I will always remember that very cold, but warm night of humanity, and that I have a tow rope at the back of my vehicle, in case I can help someone, one snowy night...

No customer service, walked out. This particular location was TERRIBLE. Was looking for a LED G25 light bulb... They only sold them in 3 packs but their light fixtures are 4 packs. Couldn't buy just one. The three pack was for sale from $25 to $13 ... so I decided I would store them .. and buy it. Picked up about 10 other misc items. Went to the till. Light bulbs rang in at $25 even on their website they're $13. I told the cashier that is a mistake they're on sale if she looks on the internet they're $12.97 .. She told me I would have to go back where I got them, take a picture and show her proof they're on sale. Um....... a. Send your own people to fix your error... b. Home Depot is "supposed" to be a member of scanner price accuracy RCC... So I should get $10 off the correct lower price... or I should get them for $3 ... I ended up just walking out with the plans to go to Lowes... but... I might just go get my $1 per bulb ... special. I suggest EVERYONE else does the same...

I always enjoy the selection and the prices are usually pretty good. Lately the customer service have been getting questionable. Good job for the few employees that do care and know what they do. Home Depot should clean up their bad employees, they make me not want to come back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. For a company that is looking to drive customer experience by asking me to rate them 5 out of 5, they sure do a poor job of making you feel valued. You get different answers from different reps and it seems like if you have a question it is a big inconvenience. Specifically the girl named Amanda who was working at the front desk. Also Home Depot as an organization has lost my business over $60 as they did not want to match the discount of their competitor because their drywall "is different." Please you order from different manufactures, that's the only difference. I am in the middle of a reno and have spent over $1200 at Home Depot alone, but is seems that this is not significant enough for them. Guess some one else can happily take my money. Strongly suggest not shopping at Home Depot period, but if you must, do not shop at this one!
