London Drugs

London Drugs is a great place to shop at for your general needs. They have an adequate inventory of computers and laptops, which I bought from. The employees there have considerable knowledge on the products they sell, and are very helpful with your shopping needs. Just recently, they are having a sale on DVDs and blu-rays, where all marked prices are half off. I am giving them 4 stars, only because I had to pay for the prescription I had to pick up from their pharmacy, since it was not covered by my insurance. I would still go check out London Drugs for your various necessities.

Great service, nice and quick. The place is clean, and my prescription is almost always ready before I get there. There was a little confusion when I first transferred over to that pharmacy, but that was taken care of.

I want to thank Kev from the Laptop Technical Department and the person at the laptop section counter I’m not sure of his name—my bill mentioned Kaleb, but I’m not certain. I came to the store with my faulty laptop, and the person at the counter was so welcoming and super friendly. Kev, who analyzed the laptop, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained that the motherboard was faulty. He patiently answered all my questions—even the silly ones—and helped me retrieve the hard disk and guided me on how to recover the data. Although I was disappointed about my broken laptop, both of these gentlemen made the experience much more positive and comforting.

It would be 5 stars but this location's pharmacy almost always has fax issues. I've had faxes sent to them from the hospital, from family docs, from UPCC, from their app, and even from my home fax machine, and they either deny receiving it, or mysteriously get the faxes several hours later. I'm growing weary of calling in 3-4x only for them to mysteriously locate the first fax in their pile 10 hours after it was transmitted.

Kaleb and Liam in the electronics department were fantastic at helping me to find the right laptop. I had to go back in again for some trouble shooting and I walked away with all of my issues solved, thanks guys!nnI also have nothing but great things to say about the rest of staff and pharmacists.
