I purchased 3 Samsung Note 8's for my business from this location this week. Not a small sum of money. They also sold me screen protectors and cases. On day 2 my screen protector failed and cracked from me putting my phone in my pocket with my keys. Not a very good protector. Asked for warranty and was told that it was not their problem. What type of business gets away with service like this!

Tried calling the normal sasktel stores and was getting frustrated due to lack of direct phone number to the stores. Called Jump.ca and they picked up, answered my questions quickly and with knowledge. Far better than dealing with the normal Sasktel Retailers.
