I had great service with them when my car broke down and I had to rent a car while mine was being repaired. I’ve never rented before and they were very helpful and friendly. One of the employees is brand new and he was already quite well trained, and when he needed help, his colleague was very patient and clear with him. It’s always a good sign when you see a team work together like that. I spoke with several people over the week for various reasons and they were all great.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do their best to take your money and accuse you of damaging their cars when the damage was already there. As I can see with reading the other reviews they don't even use the money you give them to fix their cars and try to get more people to pay their fee. The customer service was horrible and the old man in charge was extremely rude. Definitely avoid this place.

Stay away.  My wife just rented a car from them after getting crashed into a couple of weeks ago. She noticed a cracked winshield so called them when she got home, was told it was fine.  She called to mention the cracked winshield and they said they took note and they obviously did not, she actually had to show them her cell phone history to validate that call...  She just returned the vehicule today only to find out they were charging her for the crack winshield. After looking at the pictures they took before renting her the vehicule, she noticed they completely botched the process, some of the highlighted scratches were even none existant on the vehicule.  First thing I did when I got home is check the reviews on this business and what do you know, second review is the exact thing that just happened...  If you're renting an Edge 2015,  look at the windshield closely before leaving that place.

Ok, so most car and truck rental companies are from big chains and have zero flexibility.  Worse, their schedule come out too late in the season.  At location Viau however, it feels like you matter, they have their schedule for the moving season ahead of their competitors and when they give you prices, they give you an estimate of the mileage costs instead of just giving you the cost per km.  They are now my number choice: good prices, nice employees, what more to ask for?

Very very bad experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, if like me you work hard for your money, DON'T go there to give it to them...  They try so hard to get your money... Most of their vehicule have hidden scratches and they know exactly where they are and then they charge a lot of money for services that they pay half of the price to fix them...

I was very last minute and needed a truck urgently, amazing service, the rep was super friendly, very professional, guided me to the entrance as there is construction on pie ix, the equipment did exactly what it was expected to do, it was the same rep at my return, asked about feedback and if everything went well, super happy i found them and definitely recommend if ever in need
