mauvaise expérience avec eux, j’ai eu un accident d’auto et mon assureur m’a mis en contact avec eux mais comme ma maison était à 15 min ils ont refusé de venir me chercher

Lors de ma reservation, j'ai expliqué que j'avais besoin du véhicule à une heure precise mais malheureusement un probleme a fait en sorte que nous avons pris du retard dans la reception du véhicule. Ils ont compris mon probleme et pour s'assurer que j'étais satisfaits ils m'ont donné gratuitement ma location. Peu d'entreprise sont capable de rectifier le tir aussi rapidement. Merci beaucoup pour votre excellent service.
