Doctor is good but front desk staff is not helpful and lack of compassion.

Dr Gan who works at this clinic is an excellent doctor and very helpful, however, the reception and administrative team is absolutely awful. They are consistently rude and disorganized and have lost my paperwork on multiple occasions. When they lost my blood work requisition, I asked them to email it to me or LifeLabs directly, and they could not because they "don't use email." They only can fax. It's the year 2020 and this clinic doesn't use email? It's embarrassing. I was at LifeLabs waiting for over an hour and they could not find my requisition and they could not receive a new one because they only accept email and not fax. Although Dr Gan is a great doctor I will be looking for a new family physician because her staff is absolutely horrible.

The doc is full of knowledge, and helpful. The two points are all to him. The receptionist is unprofessional, and rude. Even I booked the second appointment of the day and 10 min early, still waiting for over 1 hr. These girls just chatting and missed calling patients.

Take more than 15 mins for staff to pick up phone. After staff picks up phone, one pressed wrong button, i got hung up. And then I have to restart all over again. Thank you so much!!!

Poorly managed clinic and unhelpful staff.

The receptionists are HOPELESS.............. PLEASE PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!
