I had to wait over 3 months for my first check up results, at that point I had to request for them myself. The blonde women family doctor, prescribed the wrong medication, assuring me that this is the right medication. Which would have severely affected my health, only if I didn't do my own research. It's fine as a drop in clinic, but do not sign up for a family doctor here!

Dr. Bowlsby shouldnt even hold the “Doctor” title is the WORST, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. As patient we come seeking help/solution not to add stress. After a brief call only 3 minutes of conversation he chose not to help and HUNG up the call, without me being disrespectful. Did not help with my inquiry nor offered other type of assistance. I called later and spoke with Alex, the office manager, at the beginning of the call she was not receptive siding with the Doctors, however, after talking she understood and helped right away ironically she is NOT a doctor and helped me more than this Jeff Bowlsby I will not stop until I receive an apology and he understands that he shouldn’t play with people’s health! Dont book an appointment with him and/or if you get the chance to go to another walk-in clinic is best for your own mental health!

I booked an appointment with the clinic before I read all the reviews. Just as everyone here says, their MOAs are professional, skilled and respectful. I suffered severe atopic dermatitis all over the dorsal aspects of my hands that I had to miss work. My nurse practitioner recommended that I see a doctor to get checked. I followed their advice and I’m glad I chose this clinic. I like Dr. Batt. I like him because he helped me get better. I got to go back to work & realized I can actually live life with my hands being healthy. He’s very mission oriented: to get you better. Nothing else. He came in wearing his complete PPE. Immediately evaluated the wounds of my hands, and asked all essential medical questions pertaining to my complaint. Not once did he ask how my day was but I didn’t care. I’m not his friend. I’m his patient. A week later, I returned and showed him the dramatic improvement and he looked relieved for me. He saw how much pain I was in so I’m really appreciative to this doctor and his team. I’m definitely going back to this clinic.

Excellent service! Came here for a same day covid test for travel, spent about 5 min there total. Was acknowledged by staff when I entered even though she was busy with calls and other duties, went in for my appointment at approximately the scheduled time, Dr Bhatt was quick and professional.

Just arrived on an IEC, no SIN number no health care set up yet. Went in at 8:30am was seen in 10mins. Staff and doctor really lovely. $200.

Been coming here for a while, the clinic is getting busier and busier but thanks to the staff for always accomodating me, special thanks to Bella for always being helpful and thanks to the Doctors Dr Bhatt/Dr Mah who also took the time to follow up with me when needed.

Came in this morning for a walk in and had a positive experience. Reception was friendly and contrary to some reviews here Dr. Sunil Bhatt was professional and kind.

I don't have a family doctor and I go to walking clinics when I feel in need. I found an appointment on the same day, I knew that I have a bacterial infection in my throat after over a week of trying over the counter treatment that didn't work and the Dr took a sample for testing and fortunately it came normal for what both if us was discussing in the session. What I don't like is that the Dr told me that when he gets the lab results will call me and never did!!! I expect a call from the doctor 2 days after the visit as HE TOLD ME!!! telling me that results came normal or bad and check if I am getting better or different symptoms, none of this happened. I had to call after 3 days and they told me that results came normal and the Dr DIDN'T FIND NEED TO CALL!!?!!! Are we just few dollar bills walking for few min and next next.... After I called 3 times the reception to get my results emailed to me so I can book with another Dr that actually care. It took 5 hrs and 3 phone calls to get this email!!! I guess ur rating says it all, it's over 10 days now with same problem and more symptoms and I am looking for a different clinic.

First appointment I arrived early. I checked in with reception. 45 minutes later I was told the doctor was running behind and it would be another 40 minutes. I rescheduled and made another appointment. Second appointment, exact same thing. What's the point of being able to make an appointment. Both receptionists knew the doctor was running behind when I checked in. Why not say something, apologize. Totally unprofessional.

Dr. Sunil Bhatt sounded like an unhappy professional. Instead of being nice and advise me to take my prescription from my own family doctor, he was extremely rude asking if my family doctor was ever involved - not sure if he was worried about my health he actually never asked how I was feeling or accusing me of making my own prescription. I used to talk to another lovely doctor in this clinic and he was the best but I was unlucky on my choice this time!
