Friendly and professional service. Free parking. Lovely rooms. A cimolimentary breakfast the likes I have never seen before--just amazing. A lovely outdoor pool. 20 minute walk to subway. Simply amazing place to stay.

Nice hotel conveniently located 5 minutes away from Centropolis and 15-30 minutes from downtown Montreal. The complimentary breakfast is amazing with a wide selection of meats, French pastries and drinks. Stayed here six nights for a business trip and enjoyed the amenities. WiFi is pretty spotty at times and very slow but restarting it seemed to fix it mostly. There is an extra fee for bringing a rental car. The parking lot lights are bright at night but you can shut the blackout curtains to fix that. Relatively quiet area. Hotel looks like a castle from the outside. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Shower water gets extremely hot very fast! Overall a great week long stay in Laval. Would stay again for business trips.

Avoid this place. Very overpriced especially for what you get. The curtains we had didn't even close, so no luck trying to sleep with the bright street lights lighting the room, then by 6am it was fully bright.nnDefinitely feel robbed coming here. They advertised having a pool, but they don't open it up, so don't bother carrying around your swim stuff. Lots of things not right about this place and falsely advertised, so I have to rank it as my all time worst hotel experience and say to completely avoid putting your money here.

Very nice hotel, just perfect! We stayed for more then a month and have enough experience to say it's perfect! Stuff at the desk as well as kitchen personnel is very friendly and professional, the owners are always there, so everything functions smoothly. Wonderful breakfast, convinient location. Thank you!

The waiters are extremely nice. One waiter was a domican and he was EXTREMELY kind. He is so nice. The rest of the staff is also really nice. I will say, best staff ever. The hotel is really pretty too. It felt fancy. I really recommend
