The hotel has good and spacious rooms.The coffee maker in the room was empty.I wanted to have warm water because of a bad throat but did not see any provision to heat the water.nThe buffet and lunch would be probably adequate but for vegetarians like me,there was nothing on the menu.nThey have adequate parking. The lady who tends to the bar in the evening shift,is very nice and friendly.
Nice clean hotel. Within a few minutes drive to most places you need for your travel needs. You can take the metro to reach downtown to a great number of places of interest.
Absolutely terrible experience at Hotel Le St. Martin! I attended a business meeting there last week and ended up regretting every moment. The breakfast was repulsive; I fell ill and had to cut my meeting short. It's evident they're not following food safety guidelines; the homemade-like food left me vomiting all day. The staff appeared overwhelmed and clueless. This hotel, once a gem in Laval, has plummeted to new lows. Save yourself the misery and avoid it at all costs. The new Marriott nearby will undoubtedly overshadow this disaster. I urge food inspectors to investigate immediately; my sickness was beyond unacceptable. The atmosphere is miserable. Don't waste your time or health here.
We stayed at this hotel while in Montreal for my Mom’s hip replacement. The staff were incredible and so caring with how my Mom was doing. The breakfast was beyond amazing. The location was perfect for everything we needed.
Awful experience that I had with this hotel. For 350$ a night, I literally got the worst room location. In front of the Hotel there’s a car dealership. At night time, the light of the dealership was aiming at our room and it was so bright, that we couldn’t even sleep and we tried to cover the lights coming from our window but the curtains are literally too short to even close. And the receptionist on Monday evening,is not welcoming at all. Overall I didn’t like my experience in this Hotel, first time and last time.
