I spent one night here. The hotel is very easy to reach by car. There are plenty of parking spaces. The restaurant is very good - the breakfast was perfect. All the staff members were great. The traffic can only be heard very quietly or not at all. The hotel is highly recommended.
This hotel seems to be well maintained and a comfortable place to stay; however, there's is a rampant car theft problem with this location. The hotel denounces any responsibility for what happens in their parking lot. Our car was stolen the first night we stayed here and the hotel would not do anything for us other than help contact police. The Laval Police are relatively helpless, so if you car is stolen then it is likely gone.nnIf you're an American staying at this location, beware. Bring anti-theft devices and put air tags on everything.
Nice indoor pool. The hotel is old but well maintained, though it’s clear that renovations are needed. The staff was very friendly. However, restaurant and bar prices felt excessive—$4 for a tiny espresso that wasn’t even included in the $27 breakfast. Access from the highway is terrible and easy to miss. There may be better options at a similar price in Laval.
An exceptional stay at the Hilton Hotel! The warm welcome, spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the high-quality amenities made our stay unforgettable. The staff was very professional and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay and impeccable service. Well-deserved 5 stars!
This is our second time in this hotel. Staffs are very good and friendly. Nice and clean hotel. Good food. Great location.
