We are event presenters, and had a conference here. That very same night that there was a massive flood at the hotel due to crazy weather and city water pipe issues. The staff was incredible, solicitous and cool under pressure. This is when you really see the measure of an organization! And our event was beautiful, and the rooms were excellent.

Hotel room is nice, but watch out for weather.  If heavy rain, this hotel will be flood with water.  Your car will be a total lost and ruin your vacation.  I was lucky to check in a day after a storm coming thru last week.  I wonder why Canadian can't park their car straight in the parking lot.  When I went in, the reception told me hotel got flood and no elevator and internet available.  I kept calling for other hotels even an hour and half away. All hotels are booked.  But, I failed to call Hotels in Downtown Montreal.  It has room available next day.

Easy access to all things family visit related and to the highway. I didn't have any issues with parking or getting in or out of the area. The staff was excellent, and the service was exemplary. The hotel was centrally located between 5 family members and their homes; the location made this trip a breeze.

This hotel had a pool and the room looked nice. The body wash, the soap, and the shampoo is better than those two hotels I've been too, the shower is nice. I don't like about this hotel is the curtains, you should make it obvious so people can sleep properly, people can do something personal. The breakfast is not free and their literally bit of food on the menu

Location is the key with Laval Holiday Inn.  The hotel is across the road from a busy mall with plenty of excellent restaurants. There is also a restaurant  complex  down the road so there is no shortage of pleases to eat. The team at reception were courteous  and quick .The rooms are outdated but clean .  The desk area in the room didn’t have easy to reach outlets for my laptop.  I have to get on hand and knees to run my cord.   The alarm doesn’t have usb ports for your phone charger so bring your own plug.  For work it was an adequate place to stay, not a place I would book for family or a getaway
