Brick - Laval

Great buying experience with Yan at the store when shopping for a Fridge, Dishwasher and Stove. They matched the pricing we received from another retailer. Once purchased, they called several times ahead of delivery to confirm everything. The delivery team did a great job and took care to ensure everything was working and also made sure to not damage the house.

This is one of the worst Furniture and electronic store in terms of service. Apart from one lady (Helen) the rest of the staff is rude and of no use. Unfortunately I have booked all my furniture form this place. The quality and collection are amazing but you get completely frustrated while shopping there. I had to buy as my better half had already selected and booked the complete set. The store senior most person seems director is an arrogant person so there is no point of doing any escalation or discussing concerns. The planning of delivery and actual delivery services were pathetic. This is when you bought 5k+ of furniture. Sad

Vente sous pression et aucune forme de professionalisme. La vendeuse nous donne un prix, une fois arrivé a la caisse le montant de la facture s'eleve a 2 fois le prix entendu. Lorsque je parle a la vendeuse elle me dit que le prix sur la facture correspond au prix qu'on avait conclus. Nous avons du quitter le magasin pour qu'elle nous rattrape et qu'ils ajustent le prix au dessus du prix convenu. Un des pires magasin de meubles/electro que je connais ! Vous pouvez etre sur que je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec la chaine " Brick "

The worst brick , i bought a bed from them and when i picked up and i wanted to assemble the bed it was the bad pieces and when i called them to get my right piece the women cyntia was not helpfull at all and rude im not going there anymore and i dont suggest you people to go there ,,,, thats why it has poor reputation because its a poor services !!!!

95/100 I went there on Wednesday morning (7 dec 2016) needing a new bed & mattress set. - the salesperson was courteous, polite and very helpful to find the items I had seen online. He even suggested a better mattress set which my wife & I tried. We are now crazy about it. We got a free pillow ($150 value) and he made sure we would pay for only one delivery even though the items were at different places. - the mattress set was $2.095 and we got it in store for only $898. - the bed was $799, it was on sale for $499 (Vietamese made) - the delivery was set for the following Friday between 10:40am - 1:40pm - the delivery men were well on time, polite to the utmost and even cleaned off the snow from their boots. - the merchandise was in great condition, only one screw needing to be tightened . All in all, a most pleasing experience. Even our cat approves
