We have never slept so well! Back pain has diminished significantly. No more tossing and turning and waking in the night trying to get comfortable. My husband has even stopped snoring. We are more than delighted with this purchase, and have recommended this mattress/company to many friends and relatives already.
We also bought a dog bed, which our ten-year old dog loves. She now sleeps straight through the night, no more prowling through the house from one sleeping place to another. Oh, and did I mention we also love the oh-so-comfortable pillows?

While ultimately the mattress didn't work out for me I had nothing but exceptional support from the Essentia team. Andrea in particular made sure I was taken care of and I'm left with only good things to say about my experience. I would encourage others to make their way into the store to try out the mattresses and it's great when the people behind the products are so professional and courteous.

When we bought our mattress in Laval, Joanne was very kind and provided us with stellar customer service. We bought a Classic 8 and thought it was firm but that we would get used to it over time. After 3 months, we knew we wouldn't adapt (I weigh 150lbs and my spouse, 120) so we asked if we could upgrade. There seem to be no issue (the other one is almost 1K more expensive), but we have been following up 3 times in the last 7-8 days to get the customer service to send the documentation for us to proceed. We have another week done on a mattress that we feel is not adapted to us. On our last visit to the store in Laval, the front door was locked and we had to go through the head office to get someone to come with us to the store...we felt Joanne was gone but when we asked, we were vaguely told she was not there, period. Not sure what is happening...I will update if the service experience changes...
UPDATE: after another message left yesterday, no call back. Tried to reach Customer Service again today and got a general voicemail. Tried to call the store, and the phone is transferred to the same customer service voicemail... Not sure what is going on with them but I don't have a good feeling about it.
UPDATE: They finally exchanged our mattress and waived some fees without us having to ask for anything. So we had to wait but we ended up having a good service and the mattress we wanted. We are now happy with our purchase and our overall experience. Yes, we would recommend.

We are very happy with our investment ( given the price tag thats how you have to look at it and, after all, you do spend more time in your bed than in your car).
A pleasantly firm Classic 8 with a comfort pillow for myself and a softer Fior with a swayback pillow for my wife. Both on Rize adjustable bed frames.(also highly recommended because of their extra articulation)
After doing a fair bit of personal testing on competing products we are glad that we did not settle for second best. The sleep comfort is amazing. We usually stay in the same position for most of the night and wake up much more rested.
