Base de lit de qualité ordinaire. La livraison a été annulée et on s'est fait avertir à la fin de la plage horaire de livraison. On a donc perdu une partie de la journée à attendre pour rien. On a dû parler à un superviseur pour se faire dédommager et avoir la livraison gratuite.

Ok so even after reading all the negative comments I went there anyway hoping that everything's gonna be good. But no I was just another victim for their sales agents. I Bought a few things and Jean-philippe decided to charge me the delivery fee even though I told him more than once that I am going to pick it up myself. He said that the system prints it by default but they r not going to charge it (a big lie). They charge you. Jean didn't stop there (knowing that I wanted a bunk bed right now) he offered me one and said that they are going to deliver It in at max 3 weeks (another lie). Guess what, after a month of waiting I had to go and get my refund(thankgod I also got refunded for the false delivery charges). No shame. I bought a similar bunk bed for 30$ less in Leon and got it the same day.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. AVOID AT ALL COST. All I wanted was 6 freaking chairs! Took over 3 months! Probably would've taken less time to build a damn house.

I don't believe anyone knows what they are doing and the service and customer service on the phone is a big zero

I am satisfied by the service i received, i had visited another economax location and was honestly not impressed by their service, i ended up purchasing the same appliance as the other location here because the manager at this location actually knows how to run a business. good job
