Worst manager. Not just rude but threatening and accusing.When I took the garment to stc location the manger accused me of wearing a cross back and that was a reason for having some stretch and pulls after wearing a brand new garment at a 2 hours formal event . Seriously cross back is that even aesthetic with a gown. I have pictures of the event where I am wearing nothing but earrings and a watch and showed that similar problem or other peices as well, which She ignored. She let me exchange it for another but then she removed all the tags and made it as final sale. I was Forced to by a garment with xxs whereas I was looking for extra small. I told her if I am allowed to exchange it only for size and this what she says "This is your last chance and last day to do this and no location will allow you to exchange either you lose everything or buy something with one size small"

Recieved poor customer service from the manager. Do not recommend this location

The quality is really good. And they gona close some of stores and put more effort on online shopping .

Fanciest Le Chateau store I've been in. The layout was like a department store, where instead of just shoe racks, they had a shoe section and a dress section. Service wasn't very good tho.

Bad customer service by management. Treated us with no respect. Contacted head office and never heard back.
