Went there to get a pair of Jordan's and what a disaster! Every pair I picked out where out of stock and half the people that work there don't even want to help, it's like they don't even want to be there! But there is a couple of good staff members there. If your looking for Jordan's do yourself a favour and go to Flight 23 at Footaction.

This champs has the fastest yeezy raffle line, it takes less than 2 mins to sign up while other locations like Eaton centre and yorkdale can take hours. Not really sure why they have a separate adidas store next door when the mall has another adidas store.

Could not return Jordan footwear coming apart at seams 20 days after purchase with box because bank records showing store name transaction number and amount are not good enough for them. Who keeps the paper receipt for shoes they have worn!!! Customer service brought up my purchase confirmed it than said I need receipt:( This is a very large chain getting rich off all of us without giving back 21 century common courtesies.

Bought my young daughter shoes here quick and easy. Stock is not good (3 shoes I wanted her to try on werent in stock in her size.) We went around 1030 AM on a Tuesday so it wasnt busy at all and there was lots of helpful staff. My older daughter likes the shoes too so I called in to check stock for her. They didnt have her size (surprise lol). But the gentleman I spoke to picked up in two rings and told me where to go to find her size.

So Champs Sports Scarborough T.C. there's no time frame restriction on your shoe ballads today in the Instagram post my son saw - but after I drive in traffic for an hour and arrive at 6:07pm, I'm turned away because the ballads closed at 6pm. How is this a good customer experience? I know this is #champssports first shoe drop for #yeezyboost350v2 so I took the time to bring this to Eliza the store mgr's attention and was told there was a store sign in their window that stated the 6pm end time. She didn't want to discuss the post. So I guess Champs doesn't like customers outside of Scarborough?
