Aldo have always been my favourite place but, today I decided that I would never ever visit aldo store in STC. The only reason is their staff. I have been ignoring it the whole time but, today I felt really bad. I went there on Feb 15, 2:20 pm just mentioning so that you guys know what type of psycho was working there. I went to check bags on last shelf. The lady didn’t even politely ask, she just kind of went rude in her very first sentence. “Excuse me miss! I am taking a picture” I still thought it’s okay. I said sorry, moved on the side. Then, I was looking on the top shelf and I completely missed the ladder lying their next to shelves just like that and I almost tripped over it. That lady still standing their smiling for it, like if it’s funny, didn’t even bothered to ask if the person is okay. I mean it must be there in the safety policies for store and you can’t just put anything there and even if you forgot to take it or customer’s mistake that they didn’t see it, you should still be courteous to ask if they are okay or do anything better than smiling for this and making them feel that it’s funny for you. I hope that you start doing your job better.
I bought a winter shoes, they didn’t have it so one of their employees made me buy that shoes from store and I confirmed that will I be able to get it before 31st December she said absolutely as you prefer yo purchase shoes from store instead of online it delivers faster. Just like that in a hope I ordered from there and its already 9 days I haven’t got shoe yet. Moreover, when I called customer care it took 1 and half hr just to talk regarding this and eventually lady hung up the call after 1.49hrs. Totally inappropriate behaviour from Aldo.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! Don’t go to STC Aldo for any purchases. Some staff members are extremely unhelpful & arrogant. They don’t even bother answering to your queries & most of the time uninterested in providing service. This has happened a lot of times in all my past visits. You ask for something & they say someone’s checking in the back. However, no one ever comes out with the things & they keep you waiting. Train the employees to at least learn the basics of customer service!
Was a bit of an awkward experience. Was greeted by a woman who said to let her know if I need a size. Another young gentleman was on the floor but she’s suddenly disappeared when I found a shoe I needed a size for. So for about 3 odd minutes I’m standing with a shoe in my hand and the other young gentleman is just standing there while he sees me looking around for help. It’s so awkward that he wasn’t even saying … hey do you need help getting fitted. Nothing … just looking and looking away until I finally asked him after standing with a shoe in my hand for 2-3 minutes. Anyway I bought the shoe and when leaving the girl showed up. After my purchase they didn’t even say bye or anything they were just giggling to each other as if in high school … reading other comments I honestly thought the same. The girl was nice at first but the assistance and politeness they give u feels forced. Go for yourself and see if you get the same vibes. I purchased while feeling very little genuine sales professionalism here
STC Aldos closes at 9 pm, but they close their doors at 8:50 pm. What a big inconvenience!!!!!! I am leaving on a vacation and I wanted to exchange my shoes, now I can't take them with me!! The staff told me they need to clean so that's why they close early.
If I could I will rank this store as negative , the lady in the store was extremely racist and disrespectful, she bahaved very rudely with my wife , who just asked to do a return on a purchase ok we understand that you have a policy at the end we told the manager we do not need to do return even but what is the reason for doing this kind of disrespectful behavior, she treated us just like we are her servent , she even said manager can not talk to you you need to go to her if you like to talk or just wait when we will get time will talk also she shouted on my wife , we will share this experience with all our fellow and will never visit aldo the brand which do not respect customers and specially please never ever visit this particular store if you do not want to treat yourself like their servents
The lady on the counter was extremely rude , the manager was talking to me while that lady was continuously shouting at me , she is racist and disrespected me like anything . I will tell all my friends never ever visit Aldo specially this particular store . Aldo do not care about their customers
2 stars because the staff don't believe in customer service. I came to the store, 3 associates were all gathered together at the back by the cash register. I walked in NO ONE said hello good morning how are you can I help you? Nothing. I seen a cute pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase.. but no one offered me help. So you lost the sale.
The attendants are very rude. They look at you with disdain when you walk in, but don’t greet you or ask if you need help with anything. They’d all rather gossip by the cash register. I left and bought my shoes and accessories from Steve Madden where both employees were very helpful and pleasant.
The customer service here is so bad. I asked for size 7 shoes and they said they only have 6.5. I said sure it’s fine, and they’ll go get it now. So I sat in front of the cashier desk waiting for someone to come out with my shoes. I waited 10 mins and nothing. I got up and asked if my shoes were coming, that’s when they said the system says it’s available but they don’t have it in stock. I was LITERALLY sitting across them and they didn’t tell me anything for 10 mins. They even made eye contact several times over that period. Don’t waste your time here
