First time ever buying from this store. I bought my husband a pair of Steel Toe "Dickie's" Work Boots at a great price. They were so awesome to send it to me speedy quick. I recieved them sooner than expected. For sure will buy again.

Ive never rated a store before but this is absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen, no one on staff is ever willing to help you. Multiple times I've waited over 15-20 minutes just for someone to get me my shoes before giving up and going to another store. The staff are rude and slow. Definitely going to go to the other shoe stores in the mall, not wasting my time here anymore.

Was told a new pair of shoes would be shipped to my house but got the floor model in the mail. So much for customer service.

Great place, I like their price. You can always find good shoes for good price if you look for their sales. I don't know much about their costumer service skills since I always order online and pick up here.

Not the greatest customer service. I came here twice over the weekend and only one time it was busy and the other it was not, both times it was a real struggle to get someone to help you.
