First time going in and it feels like everyone who works there are " SNOBS" Just because it is a high end brand you don't have to act like people can't afford it but they can. Most of the girls that work there seems pissed or tired even confused facial expression. But I guess that's the standard of working in a * high-end store * The sales associate who help me was a male who was very polite and friendly and even help me cash because the other cashier were *busy* cough cough* It felt like a long 10 min wait just to cash out because they help other customers who didn't even line up.

Be very cautious at this location! I bought a bracelet for my wife. I wasn't paying attention to the employee as she packed it for me. Once I got into my car I open the box to check how it was packed and I noticed the bracelet was just thrown into the box with no cover/tag, etc. I looked closely to find scratches on it. I went back into the store and asked for a NEW one with the plastic cover/tag. Make note that the NEW bracelets come in a plastic cover and has a tag on it. Make sure they don't try to slip you an old/used one that was on display!

The Michael kors shop which is in Scarborough town center the manager of that shop is so rude bad behavior I won't go there to shop something I bought a watch and I told the manager to size it she said if it broken we won't be responsible for that and we won't replace it so please the owner of the shop must hire someone good to behavior good with customer everyone complains about her

Sales associate named Winnie was super nice to my mother and I. My mom hasn't had a new bag in 15 years and she picked out a new one with polite help from the sales associate. Thanks so much!
