I bought a shoe almost two weeks ago and back to return coz it did not fit properly. Staff at cashier so rude and not friendly at all. She refused to refund back to my credit card, but offer store credit instead Although in the receipt state that "Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment" A salesperson should let's me know if some on sale items can't be return. moreover, when I was purchased she told me exchanged and return within 14 days. So ridiculous. Please avoid this location

Poor customer service skills on part of the front line manager. Refused to return item purchased less than a week ago, tags still attached, box and receipt provided. "Looks used".....yet went to another location afterwards and no issues. Avoid this location.
