The short blonde manager that works there is a flat out b**** , I will not point out names but the workers just need to be taught proper customer service skills . The only reason im giving a star is because I got what i wanted.

I ordered from the online store and my package was never delivered, so I basically threw $200 at this company for nothing. After two weeks of jumping through hoops, and missing work to file police reports, and check in on the UPS investigation, they refused to refund me.
