Design consultant and home designer were very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and kept in mind my budget. The AutoCAD design software allowed me to see my selections and designers recommendations for my space in 3D colour.

Clifton was amazing. He clearly knew a lot about the products and was quickly able to recognize our needs. Made our first La-Z-Boy purchase very enjoyable. The products we were presented were all very nice and well laid out in the store. Made for an enjoyable experience.

Personally I wouldn't shop here as its way to expensive. But I did have occasion recently to help my Mum out buying a chair for her living room. The sales associate was really very helpful and knowledgeable, she worked With us as choosing the right piece with the right fabric is so important. She treated my Mum with respect which was important to me, as often when we do stuff together most questions are aimed at me. Overall a good visit and Yes she did find the right piece.

Bought a $6000 couch and after 1 year and half the material (recycled leather) is coming appart, pelling and now looks kind of like a orange peel. Customer service told me that its usual wear and warranty wouldn’t cover it because the oil that our body/head produce deteriorate the material. When we bought it the sales guy told us it would last as long as real leather but with less maintence. I called the store a bunch of times and never got a call back from the manager. The sales person I talked to told me that some times people that go through chemo therapy have toxins that come out of the body and wears the material prematurely, the only problem with that is no one in my house is going through chimo or anyone that have come to my house in the last 2 years. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Just get a cheaper coutch and after 4-5 years throw it out and get another one.

La-Z-Boy was the only place that we could find a comfortable sofa-bed with the features we wanted. Clifton Normon was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Sofa-beds are hard to find and they were numerous and well displayed in attractive coverings. Our experience was very positive.
