Me and my partner bought everything from Leon's for our new house. We worked with Gary who is fantastic. He got us everything we needed and was able to help us out through our buying process. If you package more items you can get a pretty great discount. We went everywhere in Ottawa to compare prices and Leon's just matched them so we could just bundle the delivery (free delivery if you're local too!) And Warrenton coverages.

Overall good customer service. Home delivery is tricky and they suggest doing it on a weekend. I bought a firm mattress but it isn't as firm as it felt at the store. They should have more flexible mattress purchase agreement. I should not have to buy a $119 cover just to get a 90-day sleep comfort guarantee.

Recently bought two new mattress sets and spent a fair amount of money however incorrect order delivered for one set of mattresses and when I tried to sort it out with staff they were abrupt and unconcerned. They told me I would have to wait additional time for my order to be corrected and I felt like I was in no way a valued customer, felt more like a 'sale' to them and too bad for me if order was incorrect. Eventually sorted it out with the general manager but still had to wait to get correct order.

Customer service was great....not too pushy. I bought a sectional that went on sale a week after my purchase. I came to their customer service and got my price adjustment with no problems. Also I have a kid who had a lot of fun in their play area, it kept him busy during our purchase and a price adjustment.

We love the vast selection, especially of Canadian products. Pricing is awesome and service is far better than the Brick
