Excellent experience from purchase to delivery. I had been searching and verifying reviews of many different leather couches and companies. I saw the Kendrick leather sofa some time ago and it matched a leather love seat that was gifted to me which, is no longer available. Then it was 50% off before Christmas so I decided to purchase it online, first time I have done this without sitting on the product so I was hoping the reviews were accurate. The delivery date was 8 weeks out which did not matter for me. I received calls regularly to advise me of the delivery target then, the delivery date which was 2 weeks earlier! Great! The delivery branch has an online tracker to let you know where you are in the queue and a delivery window which is excellent. The guys arrived, were nice, courteous and respected my house, no damages and placed the sofa where I wanted it.nFantastic experience!nThe sofa is a bit stiff which I like because it is supportive and comfy. The leather is quite nice, the tint of the black uniform and no cattle fence marks! Looking forward to napping on it!nThanks Leon’s, keep up the good work and quality of products!

Our search for our new sofa started with a great find at our local Leon‘s to only discover it was discontinued. On a whim, we decided to go to another Leon’s and looked around for other options when on impulse, asked if they had the original sectional available? To our utter delight they did! Nicole was delightful and very adept at searching and locating the sofa we fell in love with. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

My husband and I went to Leon’s earlier this week to purchase a dishwasher, and we had such a great experience. Kevin greeted us at the door, let us know he was available if we had any questions, and gave us space to browse. A little later, he checked in to see how we were doing, answered all of our questions, and helped us complete our purchase.nnKevin was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a no-nonsense kind of guy. He didn’t try to push us into anything we weren’t comfortable with, which we really appreciated. We even shared a few personal stories and had a good laugh! If you need anything new - whether it’s appliances, new furniture or even a throw pillow we highly recommend asking for Kevin!nnLeon’s is always our go-to place — we’ve never had a bad experience. They consistently give us the best prices and even price match after we’ve already purchased. Overall, 10/10 experience!

Excellent quality furniture. I bought two arm chairs here in 2004 and they are still in amazing condition 20 years later. They are so solid that we decided to re-upholster them just to freshen them up instead of buying new furniture, even though that would have cost us less. These 2 chairs are so well made.
