I placed an order for counter stools, to find out that it was cancelled. I called customer service to place the order again, as I received a Black Friday discount, which is now expired, and spent 4 hours and 5 minutes waiting patiently in the queue for my turn. Finally when it was my turn, an agent answered the phone, and hung up. I wasted half of my day trying to get in contact with someone. Unbelievable customer service, I have never had to wait that long simply to get a customer service agent on the phone.

My experience at Bouclair Trainyards was wonderful due to a very nice employee who greeted me when and walked in and helped me the entire visit. I wish I got her name... she had a really great accent and I think she may have been new as someone was teaching her something on the cash as I was leaving. All in all, she made my experience fantastic and I will be back again soon. Thank you!

Good store, friendly staff. Kicking off a full 2 stars for ridiculous store hours. These guys close up shop before most people even have time to wrap up work on weekdays. Should be open until at least 730pm everyday.

I love browsing Bouclair online for inspiration. I rarely shop here, but I saw an item that I was interested in, and decided to head over to the trainyards location to snag it up. This is a smaller store, so I walked in with the fam, walked to the back of the store, and found the item I wanted. We weren't greeted or asked if we needed help, although there were sales associates on the floor making their rounds asking if other customers needed help. Again, I rarely shop here so I do not have any product knowledge, so if a sales associate did greet me I would have loved to engage in a conversation about the room that I am in the middle of styling, and potentially would have spent more money here. I headed to the cash. I was asked for my email to get started with the transaction, secondly for my postal code after the item was rung up. FYI, you do not have to provide that information! I understand companies wanting to collect data to understand their customer and to send them emails/coupons, but it's a hard pass for me. Tip: I always make up a fake postal code on the spot. The vibe of the store: leaning on a little too pretentious for me. Although the decor is nice, I never leave this store feeling good.

not a good experience- sales woman was on my trail most of the time… I told her I wasn’t sure on some things and she said I can always return them if they didn’t work out I was asking her if a bedspread looked more pink or peach We’ll lo and behold, when I went to return the bedspread in question- I was informed I cannot return bedding it was unopened I wouldn’t have thought to ask when I purchased, since the sales person suggested i can return it if it doesn’t match… I took a look around the store that day and couldn’t help to notice the sales people chasing customers around and it was almost comical… I guess it must be commission based. I’ll stick to online for anything Bouclair going forward..

They were great! Friendly helpful staff, we came here due to there amazing selection of blinds that are in stock, cash and carry. They have great colors and styles, and the knick knacks are also super cute. Great experience. They also offer blind cutting if the ones in stock are too wide.

FYI - the associates make it seem like you need to give out your email in order to complete the purchase. I contacted their Head Office to confirm that this is not the case. If you feel uncomfortable giving your email or other information, you do not need to.

As home furnishing and decorating accessory stores go it's one of the better ones. Not always cheap but definitely some nice pieces to add to your home. And a nice store playlist brought to you by spotify as well. The check-out is a little tight but the staff is friendly and helpful. Returns on most items is a breeze.

Huge shout out to Tyler she was absolutely phenomenal she was super helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Such a gem and the store is really lucky to have someone like her on staff! Thanks Tyler for tolerating my silly blind questions/concerns!

Items are often out of stock, purchases are ALWAYS late when you order online. If you make an online purchase, they still have a lot of stipulations on if it can be returned. My item doesn't fully reflect the website, but I'm stuck with it anyway. **In response to the company below; I contacted customer service before leaving that review, they didn’t help me. And items being out of stock and late has nothing to do with COVID, items are always late being delivered, long before COVID was a factor.
