Visited this store with my parents and it was the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a retail store. The sales person followed us through the entire store drifting about 10 feet behind us the whole time leaving us zero privacy. They have a huge inventory but I would call it decorative furniture. I sat in a number of recliners, sofas, love seats and found everything to be quite uncomfortable. If you are looking for something unique as an accent piece you may find something here. Prices are high but everything is expensive nowadays.

My dad works here and we have alot of furniture from here at our home and very good quality and we had it for many many years looks brand new amazing

Please don’t go into that store. That’s one of the worst places to be scammed. I think their business model is based on scamming. Here are somes of the ways they will seek to anarchate you: - hidden cancellation fees: if you ever cancel your contract, you will be charged with fees more than $300. - financing: if you take a financing, and there is a change in your purchase, you will be anarchated backwards. And seriously the quality of their furniture leaves something to be desired. I don’t know how some people give 4 stars here. I’d give -10 if I could.

A great place to buy furniture. The designs are beautiful, unique and good quality wood. Nice and big store. Lots of inventory. Their advise was helpful and no pressure sales made it easier. Best part was after sale experience, when owner took care of our additional request to add support to the modular couch for more stable core. Glad to find this store in Ottawa. ____________________________________________________________ Just like to re-recommend Palace Furniture. Almost 10 months from purchase one of the recliner cable handle came off. I contacted them they got it done promptly, without any hassles and cost. In fact they arranged for transporting the couch to their place to fix and then back to us without any additional cost and all within a week's time. Just can't beat such a great after sales service. You can't go wrong with them.

The staff were incredibly helpful in finding the right furniture set for our new home. They were honest about how long the items would last based on the type of material it was made of pure leather vs synthetic and made great recommendations based on the designs and styles we were looking for. All items were delivered on time, assembled and any mess was cleaned up and taken away by the delivery team. Thanks for the amazing service and deals! Will definitely recommend to others :

VERY BAD AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... SCAMMING CUSTOMERS BY NOT TELLING THEM ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY. I ordered 2 sofas for about $2500 and asked for financing. I called after 8 days asking to cancel that order as I didn't receive them or start the finance, the saleswomen rudely told me that I can't cancel the order and it's final sell even if I didn't receive the sofas and if I want to cancel, then there will be 30% cancellation fees and she started shouting at me when I insisted to find a solution. PLEASE, DON'T WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS "PALACE".

What a find! This place is a bit hard to find- there was construction in the front and no paved parking. It looks pretty small, but it's HUGE inside. We were looking for a new sofa set- kids moved out and we gave them the old one, so it's time for a new one for us! Tons of selection- my husband and I had trouble deciding on what we wanted. There were lots of really big, ornate pieces- I guess they are called Palace Furniture for a reason- but that's not really our style. They also had a lot of Canadian-made pieces, which could be customized, which is great. We have an awkwardly shaped living room, and we ended up picking one that could basically be built exactly the way we wanted it. I even matched the fabric with my drapes! The staff was extremely knowledgeable. The gentleman who served us thoroughly showed us the different sets, and we were able to negotiate on the price too! I read the reviews before I went, but I'm glad I went anyways. I guess the staff could be seen as pushy, but hey, they work on commission, who can blame them for trying? Very pleased with the furniture, and the service. I will definitely come here again.

We ordered 8 dinning room chairs and because they were out of stock the owner offered us better chairs at cost. We did check the models on the internet and we ended up paying half price. The place is filled with beautiful original furniture, in fact it really does look like a Furniture Palace.

Fantastic customer service from the Ram, the owner and his daughter Mega. They gave us a great deal on solid maple dresser. Delivery crew were quick and efficient. The other sale people's customer service skills could use a little work though.

Terrible customer experience at this store. “ The Indian owner and he’s assistant who seem to need some body exercise. “Store Froide attempt “ My dad and I purchased a set of chairs on a valeu of more than $3000k In December/2019. They asked my dad’s name and home address for delivery to add it on the receipt. What do they do? They signed us up for financing plan and they got us a credit card we didn’t know about. Constantly received the mails from Dejardins bank from Montreal starting from March to 01/June2020 saying we have an accumulated amount to pay. When we spoke to the bank we didn’t even know about, they told us we signed and consented to open an account with them through a phone call at the this store. Phone of which we didn’t make. Never called a this bank based in Montreal “ Dejardin bank” to open accounts At all. We went to the store in June/2020 to ask them why they signed us up for financing plan. What do they do ? things escalated very quickly for asking that question. They Insult us and say we have to pay them if we didn’t the’d call police. In fact they did call police on us until we showed them the receipts. Had we pay cash leaving us with no any other record or haven’t we lost the receipt W’d be paying $6000 for the set of chairs. All that smiling faces when we purchased the chairs turned into monsters faces and yelling.
