Came to the store to check out prices on a sectional couch, met Marc a salesmen, who was very helpful, and was able to purchase a sectional and have it delivered in a timely manner. Marc took the time to explain everything to us and was not pushy in any way. Our overall thoughts of dealing with Marc and the store itself was very good.If you go to that store and find Marc he will do what ever he can to help you in any way, he was a pleasure to deal with.

We like the way we were treated as we were having problems with existing appliance. We decided that it would be better to get a new appliance as previous one was 9 years. We never felt pressured to purchase a new appliance. And previous experience was good too. And the delivery person gave us some hints about an appliance we own already.

Went in to browse for a new bed - ended up leaving with a beautiful bed for a great price! Even though we showed up late, we were greeted right away by our sales rep, Marc, and he was happy to show us a few options before we decided on the one. Thanks guys!

We had such an exceptional experience at Dufresne. We had the most knowledgeable and patient sales associate that helped us make the best decision for our family room. We found several pieces of furniture that would work and spent a few days doing measurements, designs and we are thrilled with the end result! We will highly recommend Dufresne to anyone looking to add beautifully made, quality furniture to their home.

Trevor Thibault (Cyrville rd) is a friendly, knowledgeable, good-humoured and get it done salesperson. We walked in knowing we wanted to buy a washer/dryer set without knowing the difference between available options & their prices. Trevor helped us narrow our choices to two different models based on our needs & price range. I felt bad for Trevor as I came up with every 'what if' scenario possible. My mother also added her own unrealistic scenarios & past experiences. He answered our special questions with patience and expert advice. He and Dufresne management showed flexibility and diligence which allowed us to purchase a full washer/dryer set with required tubing that same day. They researched the price of sets in other stores in order to ensure we received the best price. I had 100% confidence in Trevor and our purchase that I didn't need to shop around before making a final decision. Trevor, also, went above n beyond in helping me finalize my request for a special delivery. Wonderful service - definitely recommend Dufresne & Trevor at Cyrville Rd.
