LA Fitness

Rudest front desk staff ever. I decided to give LA Fitness a try despite what people have been telling me about the staff being rude at this location. I went in the morning to look into a free week trial before deciding if I wanted to commit to a full year. First off, the lady who was at the front desk this morning, Stephanie, was EXTREMELY rude, catty and stuck up. She wasn't helpful AT ALL, her answers were short and she came off as she could care less about you. It's unfortunate that I didn't even get to experience the facility because ONE rude staff member who is supposed to be the face of the facility permanently ruined the experience for me. (FYI - not everyone who is looking for a free week trial is there just to mooch the free week and leave). Not only did it turn me away from LA Fitness, but nothing good will be coming out of my mouth about this company. I've been hearing a lot about the poor staff experience with this facility but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Little did I know I would be experiencing it first hand before even giving the facility a try. I would not recommend anyone going to this LA Fitness unless you want to be disrespected by catty staff members.

This gym has everything your going to need to get in shape and be more healthy. A pool, basketball court, sauna, Jacuzzi, aerobics room and all the weightlifting equipment you’re going to need. It’s got some great classes are also included in your membership and for 35 bucks a month I think it’s a great deal.

Used to work here. Aside from a few amazing coworkers. A lot were rude, inconsiderate, and really uncomfortable to be around. Had a few altercation from unnecessary situations at the juice bar. The juice bar absolutely horrible! Act all nice but Very hostile!

Finally a company that doesn't close down every 2 years LA Fitness is great they could get more punching bags in other locations

Good place for exercising but BUY THE MEMBERSHIP ONLINE!!! DON'T BUY IT IN STORE, OR YOU WOULD BE FOOLED!!
