GoodLife Fitness Centres

No security, no one at front desk. Locker broken into and purse stolen along with my life. Suspect is a black woman. Obviously a scummy location.

Hands down the best Womens' Only Gym. I became a member when I first began my fitness journey in 2013 and loved training there and they had everything I needed to reach my goals. The staff is friendly and they treat you like family. I loved it so much that I began working there as the Fitness Manager in 2014. We now have a full Personal Training Team working with the most inspiring clients, it's such a rewarding career when you get to help empower women to make positive changes in their lives. If you're looking for a womens' only gym with lots of support available, come check us out. I promise you won't regret the visit:)

I have been a member of Good Life since last year, and I started working out past three months at Richmond Hill Women location. The staffs there are friendly and helpful, especially the general manager Amanda Grant, she always has a big smile to welcome every members. The gym is clean and classes are fun, my favour class is Zumba hosted by Amanda Grant . once you join in to her class, you will addict.

I have been a GoodLife member for many years and have recently extended my membership to include the Richmond Hill Women's location to attend the Thursday evening Zumba class. The instructor Amanda Grant is a former Zumba Education Specialist and is full of positive energy. She engages all the members and provides an awesome work out. Amanda is also the general manager of this club and has initiated changes to the club with new equipment and just general maintenance of the club The cleanliness of the club has improved greatly since my first visit The staff is friendly and very helpful. Always a warm welcome and big smiles from the girls at the front desk. Great job ladies keep up the good work.

I just started working here in the past 2 months and I LOVE it. The gym is always super clean and the staff have welcomed me like family. I recommend coming to workout at this gym for sure! One of the nicest gyms in Richmond Hill.
