The staff is amazing Huge facility.. they have a air pumping system .. they can push out the old air out of building and alow new air to flow in. Not many buildings have this. The place never smells always clean. Many levels available. . 9 months or 7 week classes.. Best place Charlene is amazing ! She owns the place and is a Gem..

Great coaches, nice behavior in general. Good price for the term and definitely a great place to keep your kids active and fit. It would be better to have the change rooms be cleaned and sanitized after a certain period of time especially during the winter. Also the management needs to put a very clear "NO SHOES IN THE GYM" sign and need to be strict in that. Some parents are really super ignorant of the fact that gym is not the place to come with your outdoor shoes and it is very disturbing to see this kind of behaviour from mature adults like us.

Very pleased with program. Kids are divided into groups based on ages and abilities. Was able to find a boys only class for my four year old. Coaches are very attentive, and deliver a developmentally appropriate program, with lots of positive feedback. Super fun for my active child. Very clean, have lots of good equipment. Owner is quick to address any questions or comments of parents.

Markham Gymnastics Club has offered nothing but an amazing memorable experience for my twins. Their pre-comp program has been awesome for one of my children in terms of boosting moral and building foundations for a strong work ethic. For my other little one it has generated a strong interest in the sport, and she now aspires to be in the pre-comp program as her sister. I have the great staff at Markham Gymnastics to thank for this. They are knowledgeable, caring, enthusiastic, and treat all families as a top priority here. The staff here definitely makes new comers feel apart of their community family. The facility here is a great space, the equipment is current and safe. Thank you for all your doing and have done for our family.

I'm really enjoy the parent and tot program. The teacher is nice and patient. I'm happy there aren't teenagers teaching my child. Great place for my toddler to get out her energy. Office staff are usually around and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because the lobby/change rooms/washrooms need some updating perhaps some renovations in the lobby so the lights aren't always off, and its not the cleanest there are piles of junk in the gym by the front, windows need cleaning. Some parts of the gym aren't not toddler friendly i.e. Bathrooms need stools- they're very old and dirty. I also think parents shouldn't be allowed in the gym unless they are doing the parent and tot program or for special observation days. It just feels a bit chaotic sometimes and it's already crowded on Saturdays.

Excellent staff. Great viewing space, competitive pricing. Students are given a skill development path. The staff is helpful with useful feedback and informing parents as needed. There’s a lady who comes in sometimes to sell well priced leotards.

I want to acknowledge the apology I received from Markham Gymnastics Club for the first two encounters I had. I am hopeful that going forward we can move toward a more positive experience. From the beginning it has been an awful experience. I called and spoke with a girl for the 9 week program registration. Made arrangements to come in the next day. She did not indicate that they only accept cash. I arrived ready to enrolled my daughter and told I could not pay via debit or credit card. I had to drive to the nearest bank to get money and come back. I had an appointment in Brampton and was late due to the back and forth. They lack communication with their students and family. Our first day of the 9 week program we arrived early and was waiting in the lobby for someone to come and get my daughter. No one came out. As one of the staff was passing by 5 minutes after our start time she said the classes had already started. No apologies nothing. I am very disappointed thus far with this company and their idea of good customer service. Look around for a good gymnastics club. So far this one is very below my expectations.
