Kuma Tofino

Super yummy! Almost gave a 4 star rating, but the chicken Karaage put it over the edge to a 5! So yummy, it melts in your mouth. The ramen was so good... especially the marinated egg! Casual... make sure to check it out in your trip to Tofino!

Skillfully created plates made with love! Love the plate sharing concept and use of local ingredients. The happy hour rice balls are delicious, the spicy salmon bowl I couldn't get enough of! Cute small patio as well.

We had a delicious meal with friends! The happy hour food specials are great, and it is easier to get a table if you arrive early. A small, cozy, homey spot!

We went there because of the high reviews. The restaurant is very small. What makes it much worse, the waitress there is very rude and scary. We finally chose to leave before ordering. So no comments on food. We, instead, went to Tough City Sushi. The food from Tough City Sushi is authentic and fresh, view is so beautiful, and the service is very good. We are very happy with our choice at Tough City Sushi. If you don't want rude service and angry people ruin your happy and peaceful mood, the very reason why we visit Tofino, do not visit this place (Kuma Tofino). There are plenty of great restaurants in town. Other restaurants we visited in Tofino, like Sobo, and Wolf in the frog have wonderful and delightful people who are very warm and respectful, which made our trip very memorable.

Great food and great vegan options! The service was excellent and super friendly. We ended up going two days in a row just because we loved the spicy edemame so much!
