Story

At Trilogy Fish Store we sell the freshest fish on earth, from the boat, to the dock and straight to our store in Tofino, British Columbia.

Trilogy is one of the last remaining working waterfronts in Tofino. We buy directly from local fishermen and shellfish growers and process the fish at our plant to provide the freshest seafood in town. All our processing and smoking is done on site by skilled Tofitian fish cutters.

my wife and i arrived here at 12noon to see if there was some fresh fish we could purchase during their open hours today. at least 2 individuals were inside, but the door was locked. they were sitting and chatting and didn't bother to acknowledge us, locked outside. 5 others came, tried to open the door and gave up and turned around. left after 10 minutes.

My grandson caught a fish in Tofino and we brought it to Trilogy for processing and shipping back to Calgary. They did an awesome job!  When the box came off the plane after many hours in transit, the fish was still frozen solid and ready to pop into the freezer. Trilogy did a really professional job of getting that shipping box airplane ready...we wer really impressed!

I wish I could put Zero stars for zero service. A huge disappointment and not the company that they used to be! Don't rely on them for anything!
