I went to Koodo Pacific Mall today to replace my lost cellphone and was lucky to have received friendly and professional service from Mr. Ivan Wong.  He was informative and had taken the time to help me to retrieve the data from my original phone, also was kind to understand my frustration in losing my phone.  I will definitely recommend Koodo and Ivan's wonderful service to anyone who needs a new cellphone or a replacement.
