I came here for a Sony tv remote for my old XBR cause mine broke. The guy helping me said before he shows me what he has, he wanted to ask me some questions to "qualify" me first to see if it's right for me. It's just a simple tv remote just show me what you have. I use to work at Bestbuy, when someone tries to "qualify" you that means their trying to size you up. He asked do I need it to control the volume on the tv. I said yes of course. He said well you can do that on the Roger's box remote. I agree you can, but if I'm buying a tv remote obviously it's a good idea to have the ability to change the volume. He proceeds to tell me all I need the remote for is to change video/ hdmi inputs. I'm losing patience at this point I just wanted to see what he has it's a simple remote. He then shows me some child kids remote that he has left in a bargain bin. Tries to convince me to buy a child's remote for my Sony XBR tv, told me its only 10 bucks if it doesn't work its low risk. The funny thing is he only has 1 sony remote. Therefore there's nothing to "qualify" me for when you only have 1 model to show me. This guy wasted my time to try to size me up to buy a child's version of a Sony remote. I've never seen someone try to hustle so hard for a $10 dollar item, pathetic! Watch out here they got hustlers working here, have your guard up, be careful when buying here.

Extremely rude employee. For a very pricy massage chair, they are not willing to let me at least try to sit on it for a couple minutes so that's I can decide which one is better. Probably they think I can’t afford it or some other reasons such as disgruntle employees, not exactly sure why, but the can keep it along with their attitudes . Not recommended AT ALL.
